Lemon Sponge

As you do on a rather miserable afternoon, we decided to bake a lemon sponge pudding to enjoy with our tea while we are curled up with blankets.

It was surprisingly easy and amazingly tasty and sent warmth all the way to your bones.

Theres nothing better than curling up with a freshly baked pudding on those bitter cold nights that should not be occurring in autumn
